Product description

Charles dickens (1812

1870): dickens, considered the most important novelist of victorian england, was the child of a middle-class family. At the age of twelve, he started working in a factory as a result of his family's poverty, and he had the opportunity to observe the life of the working class, which he conveyed with great accuracy in his novels. Perhaps the most popular work of dickens, a christmas carol, was published just before christmas of 1843, and its first printing sold out within days. By emphasizing the human side of christmas, it has transformed the celebration of this holiday, contributed to the revival of christmas in the victorian era, and has influenced english society so much that his hero's surname has entered dictionaries as “pinti”. The warm light of this modern tale, which tells the story of ebenezer scrooge's transformation, assisted by the three ghosts showing him his past, present, and future, also illuminates the interpretation of the real world lived by dickens, a fearless social critic. A christmas song has been translated into many languages to date, and has been repeatedly adapted for the stage, cinema and television
