Instructions for Use/Warnings
On stoves with grates, center the piece on the flame or heat source and align the handle with the grate. Before first use, wash with a soft sponge and mild soap or liquid detergent. After drying, grease the internal surface with oil or fat and heat it for one or two minutes. Allow to cool and wash again. Your Starflon utensil is now ready for use, with or without oil, and always on low or medium heat (never over 260 °C / 500 °F). Only use silicone, nylon, or wooden utensils to stir food. On induction stoves, the handle and the knob might come loose over time due to the normal expansion of materials. Retighten them just enough, without forcing. Cleaning: Avoid immersing hot utensils in cold water. Never use abrasive products when washing. In the case of burnt food, soak the area and set aside until the stuck residues can be removed with soap and a sponge, do not place it in a dishwasher. For product and packaging disposal, follow applicable recycling guidelines.
