TOYFEST Dominator Cozuk Swimming Goggles Snorkel Mask Set - 7 Years - 14 Years Old (Purple) 24070

The day it was delivered, we tried the product in the pool for 15 minutes and immediately requested a refund. We created a request, but with the grounds of "product was used" got rejected. How can this product be of such poor quality without using it? we can understand?? The glass is foggy, the nose area is so much pressure which my child took out with pain, despite this, the head adjustment compartment is constant It gets looser and as it gets looser, it gets water inside your glasses, it gets stuck in your mouth. The section never stops, it separates from the glasses, warps left and right, etc... TRENDYOL and THE SELLER TOYFEST did not help in any way, He took one step in the name of customer satisfaction.
