Product Q&As
Can it be applied to sensitive skin?
Answer from VESTA LIFE
THELIVA Retinal Shot Tightening Booster should be used with caution on sensitive skin because active ingredients such as retinal can cause sensitivity. Beginners should apply a thin layer 2-3 nights a week and wait for the skin to tolerate it. We recommend that you use SPF 50 sunscreen during the day. If you are pregnant or have skin problems, it would be helpful to consult your doctor.

Can it be applied to botox areas?
Answer from VESTA LIFE
We recommend that you consult your doctor before applying THELIVA Retinal Shot Tightening Booster to areas where Botox has been applied. The retinal content can cause skin sensitivity, so it's important to use SPF 50 sunscreen, especially during the day, while using it. It is more appropriate to use the product at night, in a thin layer and without getting too close to the eye area.

I'm 38 years old and I don't know which one I should buy.
Answer from VESTA LIFE
Hello, THELIVA Retinal Shot Tightening Booster is suitable for skin renewal and tightening for 38 years old. If you're just starting out, you can apply a thin layer 2-3 nights a week and increase as your skin tolerates it. Make sure to use SPF 50 sunscreen during the day. If you are using a PDRN-containing product, apply PDRN first, then Retinal, then PDRN again (sandwich method).

Is it good for comedones?
Answer from VESTA LIFE
THELIVA Retinal Shot Tightening Booster supports skin renewal and can help reduce the appearance of pores thanks to its retinal content. It can have a positive effect on comedones, but night use is recommended against the risk of sensitivity. Make sure to use a SPF 50 sunscreen during the day. If you are pregnant or have skin problems, we recommend that you consult your doctor.
