Product Q&As
What are its benefits? My eyebrows are thick
Answer from TGC Hair Care & Cosmetic
Hello sir, our product helps to support the care of eyebrows and eyelashes, regular use can support the maintenance process.
Translated by Google
Hello, good luck. When I apply the eyebrow eyelash serum to my eyelashes, it burns my eyes terribly (I use it at night before going to bed). I use shea oil and shampoo and I am very pleased with it, especially the oil. But does this burning only make me feel like I'm allergic, or has anyone ever been in a situation like this before? I am excited to use it, I believe I will benefit from it, but should I continue?
Answer from TGC Hair Care & Cosmetic
Hello sir, we recommend that you apply the product thinly to the bottom of the eyelashes, avoiding contact with the eyes and the eye area. The burning sensation you're experiencing might be due to personal sensitivity. If it persists, we recommend discontinuing use and consulting a healthcare professional.
Translated by Google
Hello, when do we apply the eyebrow and eyelash serum twice, morning and evening, or is there a need to wash it once a day? Is it a problem if we apply it at night and go to bed?
Answer from TGC Hair Care & Cosmetic
Hello sir, we recommend that you apply the product according to the instructions for use on the packaging; it is important to apply it carefully and in small amounts as it is used close to the eye area.
Translated by Google
I have a gap in front of it can I use it? Will the gap there be filled with regular use?
Answer from TGC Hair Care & Cosmetic
Hello sir, our product helps to support the maintenance of eyebrows and eyelashes; it would not be right to guarantee that the gaps will definitely be filled, regular use can support the maintenance process.
Translated by Google
Hello, can I know how to use it? Do I need to wash it after use?
Answer from TGC Hair Care & Cosmetic
Hello sir, you can apply the product in a thin layer on clean eyebrows and eyelashes; no washing is required, it can be left permanently. You can also check detailed usage information on the product packaging. Thank you for your interest.

Good day, how should we use eyebrow and eyelash oil?
Answer from TGC Hair Care & Cosmetic
Hello sir, you can apply the product to clean eyebrows and eyelashes in a thin layer with the applicator in its packaging; avoid contact with the inside of the eye. You can also check detailed usage information on the product packaging. Thanks for your attention.

No matter where I apply it on my eye, it stings my eye extremely, to the right, to the bottom, to the top and to the left. What is the reason for this?

My eyebrows became very sparse after birth. Will new eyebrows grow again?
Answer from TGC Hair Care & Cosmetic
Hello sir, our product is prepared to provide care support to the eyebrow and eyelash area; with regular use, it can support the eyebrows to look fuller and stronger, but it would not be right to promise a definitive result. Thanks for your attention.
Translated by Google
Does it work inside the eyebrow?
Answer from TGC Hair Care & Cosmetic
Hello sir, our product is prepared to provide care support to the eyebrow and eyelash area; with regular use, it can support the eyebrows to look fuller and stronger, but it would not be right to promise a definitive result. Thanks for your attention.

Hello, my wife has thinning and gaps in certain parts of her beard. If I use this serum, will it have an effect on that area as well?
Answer from TGC Hair Care & Cosmetic
Hello sir, our product is primarily formulated for eyebrow and eyelash care; it has not been specifically tested for use in the beard area. Its content supports hair care, so it can be used in general, but it would not be right to promise a definitive result specific to the region. Thanks for your attention
Translated by Google
I wonder if it would work for a beard too? I'm very curious. I use both eyebrow and eyelash oil and hair oil. I'm very satisfied with it. I'll buy it for my boyfriend, whichever is more suitable for the beard area.
Answer from TGC Hair Care & Cosmetic
Hello sir, our product is prepared to support the care of the eyebrow and eyelash area; since it is not specially formulated for the beard area, we cannot promise a definitive result for its use in this area. Our Hair Care Oil is similarly prepared to support the maintenance of hair and scalp. We cannot give a clear suggestion as to which of the two products will be more suitable for the beard area, you can evaluate it for general skin/hair care purposes. Thanks for your attention.

how many times a week should you use it?
Answer from TGC Hair Care & Cosmetic
Hello sir, the recommended use is once a week, but you can increase the frequency according to your needs.

First of all, good luck to all of you. I was satisfied with the hair oil. Since our friend gave me that trust for free, I asked for the eyebrow and eyelash serum as well. However, I apply the product to my eyebrows first and the rest to my eyelashes, but it causes a burning sensation in my eyes and it blurs my eyes and I use contact lenses, so I was hesitant (I don't want to use it). )Will it cause any harm?
Answer from TGC Hair Care & Cosmetic
Hello sir, we recommend that you apply the product thinly to the bottom of the eyelashes, avoiding contact with the eyes and the eye area. If you are using lenses, we recommend that you take extra care during application. If you experience any burning or blurring sensation, discontinue use and consult a specialist.

My mother's right eyebrow fell out, we don't know why. There are no hair marks on her teeth. I hope it will heal and my mother's lost eyebrow will come off.
Answer from TGC Hair Care & Cosmetic
Hello sir, get well soon. Our product is formulated to help support the maintenance of eyebrows and eyelashes; it would not be right to promise a definitive result as there can be many different causes of loss. We also recommend consulting a specialist in sudden spills of unknown origin. Regular use can support the maintenance process.

How long does it take for your eyebrows to grow when you apply them every night before going to bed?
Answer from TGC Hair Care & Cosmetic
Hello sir, our product is prepared to support the care of eyebrows and eyelashes, to help them look stronger and healthier. We wouldn't want to promise a specific timeframe, as results can vary from person to person. Consistent use can support the maintenance process.

Hello, good luck. I just want to apply it to my eyelashes. Do I have to apply it like mascara? How should I do it?
Answer from TGC Hair Care & Cosmetic
Hello sir, we recommend that you apply the product to your eyelashes in a thin layer with the applicator/brush that comes with the product, without touching the eye area. Just follow the directions for use on the packaging. Thank you for your interest.

Now, when I apply this oil to my eyelashes, it always touches my eyes and burns. I don't know if it's my fault or everyone else's. Yes, you wrote that in case of contact with eyes, wash it with plenty of water, but I couldn't figure out how this would happen. ♀️ While I apply it to my eyelashes, it also touches my eyes/I have to wash it off if it touches my eyes and the oil on the eyelashes goes to waste, I can't get out of it. ♀️ ❤️ I LOVE YOU TUĞÇE ❤️
Answer from TGC Hair Care & Cosmetic
Hello sir, we recommend that you keep your eyes closed during application, and carefully apply the product to the lash line with a small brush/applicator; this can reduce eye contact. If you experience recurring sensitivity, we recommend considering its use.
Translated by Google
I wonder if the product may cause eye irritation. My eye area turns red when I apply the product.
Answer from TGC Hair Care & Cosmetic
Hello sir, we are sorry for the situation you are experiencing. Redness around the eyes is not an expected effect; we recommend that you stop using it, rinse the area with plenty of water, and consult a doctor if it continues.

Is it limited to once a day or should it be applied lightly in the morning and evening?
Answer from TGC Hair Care & Cosmetic
Hello sir, according to the instructions on the packaging, we recommend applying it once a day. It is important to use a small amount as it is close to the eye area.

Hello, how should I use it to get effective results?
Answer from TGC Hair Care & Cosmetic
Hello sir, regular and compliant use is recommended; we recommend that you follow the instructions for use on the packaging.

The question and answer section is all about burning the eyes, I don't have any allergies, the product really burns the eyes, I didn't apply it too much on the clean eyes.
Answer from TGC Hair Care & Cosmetic
Hello sir, our product is formulated with herbal and eye-friendly ingredients. However, since the eye area is a very sensitive region, some people may experience sensitivity or a burning sensation, even if you are not allergic. If the burning sensation continues significantly, we recommend that you stop using the product.

Is it suitable to use on processed eyelashes with silk eyelashes? I can't wait to use it.
Answer from TGC Hair Care & Cosmetic
Hello sir. We do not recommend using serum while applying silk lashes. Oil-based ingredients can affect the durability of the adhesive used and cause silk lashes to shed prematurely. For best results, use regularly on your natural lashes after removing silk lash extensions.
Translated by Google
Hello, first of all, I wish you good work. I have used the product twice since I bought it. I follow the instructions for use, but I have excessive burning in my eyes and have to wash it off after a maximum of 10 minutes. I actually apply a small amount, but is this normal? I would be very happy if you could inform me.
Answer from TGC Hair Care & Cosmetic
Hello sir, try to reduce the amount of the product and use it without touching your eyelash roots too much.
Translated by Google
Hello, does it sting if it gets into the eyes? How is it used?
Answer from TGC Hair Care & Cosmetic
Apply after cleaning your eyebrows and eyelashes. You can use the product regularly every day at any time of the day. Apply a sufficient amount to your eyebrows and the base of your eyelashes with the help of an applicator. We recommend regular use for a more effective result. Answer from TGC Hair Care & Cosmetic
Hello sir. If the hair follicles in that area are alive, you can see the supporting effect of our serum with regular use. Our product helps nourish existing hair follicles and promote the growth of stronger, healthier eyebrows. Regular use is the most important factor.

It came to my mind and I thought I would write about it. I thought it would be useful if a lash ruler was used to measure the length of the eyelashes, and we would share the before and after. Good luck.
Answer from TGC Hair Care & Cosmetic
Hello sir, we will take your return into consideration, thank you for your interest.
Translated by Google

Hello, how long should we wait? For example, should we apply it at night and wash it off when we wake up in the morning, or how long can we wash it after applying it?
Answer from TGC Hair Care & Cosmetic
Hello sir. After shaking the product well, massage it into the scalp and apply it generously to the entire hair. After applying the product, gather all your hair and wait at least 1 hour before washing it out. When you start using it for the first time, apply it regularly twice a week.
