Product Q&As
Can the product be washed in the dishwasher?
Answer from Tchibo
Hello, it is dishwasher safe. We thank you for your interest and wish you a good day.

But since our aim is not to use plastic anyway, we prefer steel completely. Plastic has no meaning after it comes into contact with food. Our concern is that I am not in contact with plastic in any way, no matter how suitable it is for food contact.
Answer from Tchibo
Hello, you are making a point that you are right. The clamp part of our product is made of 100% polypropylene and this part comes into contact with food. If you want to stay away from all plastic, this item may not meet your expectations. While our travel mug has a stainless steel body and lid, the internal divider is plastic. If you're looking for a completely plastic-free alternative, it might be better to choose a different product. Thank you for your feedback. We wish you a nice day.

Does it cool the food and leave the food moist?
Answer from Tchibo
Hello, Sefer Tası does not cool the food, on the contrary, its double-layer structure helps to keep the food warm or cold. Depending on usage and the external temperature, it can keep food warm for an average of 4-6 hours. Thanks to its silicone-sealed lid, it closes airtight, which helps maintain the moisture of the food. So it doesn't leave your food dry, it preserves its freshness and moisture. Thank you for your interest and have a nice day.

Hello, my product has just arrived, but the compartment inside is not steel. I bought it as steel, why did it come out plastic?
Answer from Tchibo
Hello, Sefer Tas is made up of a stainless steel container and lid, but the separator inside is made of 100% polypropylene material. As stated in the product description, it is stated as "Bracket 100% polypropylene". This divider is designed with a removable feature to separate food and is made from material suitable for contact with food. The container and lid of our product are made of 18/10 stainless steel, only the divider part is plastic. The reason it is designed this way is that it provides practical use and offers the feature of separating food. Thank you for your interest and have a nice day.
