WHAT IS IN THE BOX - 400 g of ghraybeh shortbread cookies, net weight 400 g.
ABOUT GHRAYBEH Ghraybeh is the shortest dough in the Arabic repertoire - butter, flour and sugar, worked as little as possible so the crumb stays fragile.
A good ghraybeh should break under almost no pressure and disappear on the tongue.
That fragility is also why it travels in a rigid box.
SIZE AND STORAGE Net 400 g, gross 616 g.
Store at room temperature (15-25 C) in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
