TARAF AL SULTAN GHRAYBEH - 200 G Traditional Arabic shortbread cookies with a delicate, melt-in-the-mouth texture and rich buttery flavour.
WHAT IS IN THE BOX - 200 g of ghraybeh shortbread cookies, net weight 200 g.
ABOUT GHRAYBEH Ghraybeh is the shortest dough in the Arabic repertoire - butter, flour and sugar, worked as little as possible so the crumb stays fragile.
A good ghraybeh should break under almost no pressure and disappear on the tongue.
That fragility is also why it travels in a rigid box.
SIZE AND STORAGE Net 200 g Store at room temperature (15-25 C) in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
Shelf life 1 year.
