The item is OK. But the supplier of the item seems to be not knowing any idea about TAX INVOICE. In the invoice, they have provided Delivery address, Invoice address and email address. There is no other details like Item details, Rate, Amount, VAT, Grand Total with VAT, Company name, company address, Company VAT, Buyer Name, Buyer address, Buyer VAT. Dont understand what kind of suppliers Trendyol have. When we told them that the invoice has only address and no other details, they are also replying us saying that they too can see the address only, without resolving the issue. Worst part is, even Trendyol Customer Care is careless. For two weeks they kept on saying that they will resolve the issue and now they are asking us to speak to the seller directly, without resolving issue of their supplier. Pathetic......
