Product Q&As
Hello, is this serum for large pores? Can I use it with Dermapen? Can I mix it with vitamin serum for the skin?
Answer from KADINSHOP
Hello, it is for large pores, it is suitable for use with dermapen, we do not recommend mixing it with other brands of serums.

Hello. My complaint is enlarged pores. I know that the product is aimed at large pores, but I don't fully understand the matting effect, or rather, I don't know what it means to mattify. I understand matting as tanning, tanning, am I wrong? I have white skin and I want it to stay white. I even want to go whiter. If I use this product will my face become darker? Considering my complaint and skin color, should I use this product or the anti-wrinkle firming ampoule that belongs to you? Thank you.
Answer from KADINSHOP
Hello, the matting effect in the relevant product is to balance the sebum of oily skin. It does not make a difference in skin color tone. Our whitening effect serums will be available as soon as possible. Based on your complaints, we recommend the pore removing serum in the relevant ad. We wish you pleasant days.

Hello, can I use this product without dermapen or dermoroller? So, I wonder if it will have any effect if I just apply it to my skin after washing. Otherwise, use only with dermapen or dermaroller.
Answer from KADINSHOP
Hello, you can apply it as a massage without microneedling products. We recommend that you apply it to your skin before sleeping at night and rinse it off in the morning.

How should I use the serum? Should I buy it as a one-time or roller-on product?
Answer from KADINSHOP
Hello, first of all, thank you for your interest. Break the bulb from the white strip level located on the top of the bulb, after a few drops in your palm, you can apply it to your skin by making circular massage movements with your finger. You can get 2-3 uses out of 1 bulb. You can seal the opened bulb in an airtight manner with the help of a stretch wrap and store it in the refrigerator. We recommend that you consume the opened bulb within a week, otherwise it loses its effectiveness. We wish you pleasant shopping. KADINSHOP

Do we apply 1 tube at a time? Well, 1 tube is too much for my face.
