Sincap Kitap Beginner-Children's Storybook Emotional Development and Psychological Resilience 3-6 Years Old

Product description

Sometimes your child gets deeply upset over a small loss. You may find it difficult to comfort a child when their toy breaks or they separate from a friend. Saying "we'll buy a new one" just doesn't cut it because the real need at that moment is understanding their feeling. Life also involves changes and farewells for children. Teaching them to cope with these feelings is one of the most valuable gifts a parent can give. The beginning is a warm story that whispers to your child, holding their hand, that change is not scary, but rather a part of the journey that grows and changes us. In this story written by ayşe aydemir, we witness the adventurous journey of little rock, who lives in peace on the top of the mountain, starting with a big sneeze from his friend big rock. Little rock, who left his pieces behind as he rolled down the mountain, worn out but finally met with "love" again in a little girl's palm, tells us the flow of life. Even in that sad moment when little girl had to leave her home, little rock's wisdom resonated: "this separation is actually a new beginning." Benefits for children

psychological resilience: your child's motivation to "keep going" in the face of challenges develops, understanding that losses and unfinished tasks do not diminish a person, but rather improve them. Emotional regulation: helps children understand and name complex emotions like separation, loss, and sadness. Cognitive flexibility: supports your child's ability to adapt to unplanned changes in life, recognizing that each ending can be a new opportunity. Parental benefits

talking about difficult issues: in situations that are "hard to get used to" for the child, such as moving, changing schools, or losing a toy, this book allows you to start a safe conversation. Bonding and empathy: as you read the book together, you can learn about your child's thoughts on change through "little rock," and deepen the bond of trust between you by making them feel that you understand their emotions.

felt rather than taught: when it comes to emotions, simply telling may not be enough. At this point, "start" becomes a tool that helps your child recognize and define their emotions. Who is it suitable for?

Children aged 3-6 who experience a change in their life (starting school, moving, a new sibling)... Children who are emotionally vulnerable or experiencing separation anxiety… Parents who want to experience a qualified and meaningful reading experience with their children… Letting a child know that "goodbye" sometimes makes room for a new "hello" can be one of the first steps in preparing them for life's changes. The beginning is a story that whispers to your child that each piece left behind can sometimes make it even more special. Come on, let's turn the pages of this story together this evening and discover that hidden miracle, that new beginning within every ending, hand in hand.

frequently asked questions

1. Is the story too sad? Will my child get discouraged? The book doesn't treat separation as a "destruction," but rather as a natural and transformative part of life. Little rock's wisdom deepens with each farewell, culminating in a heartwarming finale that instills hope and courage in your child. Can a 3 year old understand the metaphor of "giving up the pieces"

yes. Ayşe aydemir's simple language and ahmet uzun's illustrations transform this abstract concept into a concrete "rolling and growing" story, making it easy for children to grasp. Is the paper quality good for young children? The book, printed on 150 gsm first pulp paper, gives the pages a nice texture and makes the book more durable for little hands to use.
