Hello. The products mentioned are vegan protocol compliant. There is no obstacle to receiving it on the same day. It is almost impossible to have too much of a good thing in dietary supplements.

To be frank, I spent my last money to buy this because I hate my life and I broke my leg 3 months ago and I have nothing to lose in my life. Let's see if it will work if I drink it with a glass of milk, half a teaspoon a day. Is it okay if we drink a teaspoon or more a day? I thought it would work faster.
Answer from Akcanmarket
Hello, you can consume half a teaspoon mixed with 1 glass of water, milk or yoghurt. We wish you healthy days.
