Hello, it says in all products to keep it in hot water before use. Before each use or the first use? It is difficult every time you use it, especially kitchen cloths.
Answer from Silva
Hello, You only need to do the hot water soak before the first use, not before each use. This process activates the microfiber fibers, enhancing the product's performance. You do not need to repeat it with each use. You can clean it once a week by soaking it in hot water with Arabic soap or white soap and then washing it. ✨

will it scratch a glass cooktop
Answer from Silva
Hello, you can use it safely on your glass stove. It does not scratch. ✨

I want to replace the classic scotch brites or other products that we use in the kitchen and use this product. Can I just wash my dishes with this? It seems practical, but is it really? Does it have an anti-scratch feature? I mean, will it scratch plates, pans, glasses? Most importantly, can we throw away the old sponges and use this one? Will it do a better job?
Answer from Silva
Hello, you can use the dishwashing net for your dishes; however, it may not be enough to completely replace classic sponges for every use. We especially recommend using it with our Premium Dishwashing Sponge for oily and stubborn dirt. You need to use the dishwashing net and our dish sponges with natural detergents. It provides practical and effective use in cleaning plates, glasses and pans.
