Product Q&As
How many times can it be used at most?
Answer from Sihirli Fabrika
Pumpkin fibers can be used for 1-2 months depending on the frequency of use and maintenance. If you clean and dry well after each use, they will last longer.

What is it used with
Answer from Sihirli Fabrika
Hello, Lather your face with natural soaps like facial cleansing gel or laurel soap (Don't forget to soak the pumpkin fiber). Then apply the pumpkin fiber to the face with soft and circular movements. Definitely don't do this process harshly or your face may be irritated. Have a nice day :)

Is the fiber hard or does it become soft when you put it in water?
Answer from Sihirli Fabrika
Hello, our pumpkin fiber has a hard structure, but when it comes into contact with water, it softens and becomes suitable for use. Ideal for a healthy and natural cleaning. Thank you for your interest
