Fire Hazard: The solution contains alcohol. Keep the applicator and the solution away from any source of sparks or open flame. Prevent Pooling: Do not allow the solution to pool in skin folds or under the patient. Remove all wet materials from the prep area before proceeding. Surgical Safety: Do not use with ignition sources (e.g., cautery, laser) until the solution is completely dry. A minimum of 3 minutes is required on hairless skin. Do not use on or near eyes. If contact occurs, rinse eyes thoroughly with water for at least 15 minutes. The solution is flammable on hair. If it gets into hairy areas, it may take up to 1 hour to dry. Keep out of reach of children. If swallowed, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center immediately.

"Open Package: Tear apart the package and remove the swab applicator. Refer to the enclosed usage instructions. Handle Carefully: Do not touch the foam pad. Place the foam flat side down on the treatment area. Application Technique: Use gentle back-and-forth strokes to prep the incision site for at least 30 seconds, then continue back-and-forth strokes, progressing from the incision site to the periphery. Dry Sites (e.g., abdomen or arm): Use repeated back-and-forth strokes for 30 seconds. Moist Sites (e.g., inguinal fold or axilla): Use repeated back-and-forth strokes for 2 minutes. Completely wet the treatment area with antiseptic. Drying Time: Allow the area to air dry for approximately one (1) minute. Do not blot or wipe the solution away. Solution must be dry for optimal drape/dressing adhesion."
