I haven't taken it off my arm for a year, except for charging, I unlock the water and go into the shower. I also dived up to a few meters in the sea and used it for hours without any problems. When I go to the gym with activities, I can track my time, calories, heart rate, and activities such as walking, running, and swimming. It calculates my sleep with 90 percent accuracy, when I sleep and wake up, my sleep cycles, etc. The charge lasts 3-4 days. It rarely disconnects, I reconnect it manually and continue. The stopwatch, timer, alarm, calculator etc. features are also quite sufficient. I am happy with this watch because I bought it at a very affordable price, I recommend it to everyone. My phone is samsung m22.

I think a smart bracelet makes more sense than a smart watch, it meets what you can expect. Your sleep duration is determined when you wear the scales such as ram deep, light, etc. while sleeping. You can add the amount of water you drink and the number of calories you consume to your pedometer. It says weather. It gives breathing exercises for relaxation if your stress is too high. It measures blood oxygen etc. If you don't think it should be YouTube in an hour, it is a more appropriate and logical option.

If you want it to count your steps, measure my heart, and look stylish, that's enough, it's beautiful. I use mine most for the alarm and stopwatch and in sports. I think it measures correctly in sports, but when using it in daily life, it counts the number of steps too much. For example, it counted 300 steps because I used my hand while making salt... But when I check it during sports, it measures correctly when walking etc... you can post a picture. I have been using the band since October, it was clean, I must have rubbed it against something pink in the last few days, it has turned pink, but the band can be bought and installed. I like its stylish look the most...
