Salomon Examotion Gore-Tex (Waterproof) Men's Outdoor Shoes

Hello, for someone who wears size 42, I recommend size 42 in this Examotion Gore-Tex model. Since Salomon molds are generally narrow, you can also consider 42.5 for comfort. Thanks to Gore-Tex (GTX) technology for complete protection from water and rain, this model is waterproof - you can safely use it in snow and heavy rain. And the sole is rugged and designed for outdoor, which has a good grip on slippery ground; but it is still important to take care of your steps in too wet or icy conditions. For a definitive decision, I recommend checking your foot measurement on the size chart on the product page. If you have any other questions I would be glad to help.

Hello. Examotion Gore-Tex, thanks to waterproof, has good performance in wet and cold weather. However, in very cold conditions (especially -20 ° C and below), the warm keeping performance may be limited. This model may not provide sufficient insulation in extreme cold as it is a lightweight and movement-oriented outdoor shoe. If you are planning to use it in extreme cold, you can check out our winter models with higher insulation.
