Salomon 491026 X Ultra 360 Outdoor Shoes

I bought it for my wife and she liked it.

It's an original, beautiful shoe, but even though it says blue, it comes in olive green, just so you know.

It's great, it's beautiful.

Hello, although I have only used the Salomon brand shoes that I purchased online on August 2, 2-3 times, there is significant wear and deformation on the ankle part, on the upper part of the shoelaces. The product should not be in a condition that will wear out like this as a result of normal use in such a short time. I don't think the deformation that occurred was due to misuse. I have the photos and invoice of the product and can send them to you if necessary. I request that the product be evaluated as defective goods and the necessary examination be carried out within the scope of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502. If the product is found to be defective upon inspection, I demand that it be replaced with a non-defective equivalent or that a refund be issued in accordance with my legal rights. I would like to be informed about how to proceed with the issue and to which address/in what way I should send the product.

The color of the shoes sent is very different 😂
