Redhouse Kidz Yayınları Büyükannem ve Minik Kuş - Dedemin Adası (Benji Davies) Set

Product description

The whole summer will change with the little bird that grandma and the little bird discovered while visiting grandma noi on holiday! In the summer, noi, who lives with his father in a hut on a quiet beach we know from the book whale alone, goes to his grandmother's side. But he is not eager to stay here at all, because his grandmother makes soup from algae, runs from one job to another, and has no time to play. I also explore the rocks on my own and find a tiny bird injured in the storm.

this tiny bird will strengthen the bonds with his grandmother and make the summer holiday much more fun. The world-renowned author-illustrator benji davies tells a heartwarming story with his vivid and detailed drawings. The bond and friendship between noi and her grandmother, the tiny bird, not only gives children an idea about relationships with family elders, but also draws attention to the friendship we establish with animals. Grandpa sid's grandfather lives very close to their house, and sid goes to his grandfather's house whenever he wants.

one day, sid finds the old man in the attic of the house.

grandpa invites him on a journey in a hidden world, hidden behind a large metal door, and so they go together to a lush island full of animals. It's time to go home, but sid will have to leave his grandfather on the island...

this picture book, which addresses the loss of a family member, from a world-famous author-illustrator, tells a delicate theme with a soft story. A prized work that shows how far away our loved ones are, they are always near us.

"davies, as in ""the lonely whale"", tells the stories of loneliness and togetherness in a modest and heart-touching emotional atmosphere that smells of moss." "the elegant and simple drawings of ""publishers weekly"" davies, reminiscent of a child's lines, explain the topic of death with a far-fetched imagination and avoid a finger-wagging tone about how children should feel." ”the new york times book review
