I received the package, but the shampoo bottle was damaged. I found the oil syringe inside broken and emptied into the shampoo bottle.

The product has a very strong scent, which shouldn't be there. It also says it contains oil, but unfortunately it's not oil—it's just a serum.

I only received the shampoo ingredients; they're different from the conditioner's. The shampoo contains ginger!!! Also, the conditioner arrived without the vitamin capsule!!
