Place the pad in the center of your underwear with the sticky side down. Fold out the wings and wrap them around the underside of your underwear to secure in place. Replace the pad every 4–6 hours, or sooner if needed, for hygiene and comfort. Dispose of the used pad in a sanitary waste bin; do not flush. ⚠️ Warnings & Precautions: For external use only. Do not use on broken or irritated skin. If irritation or rash occurs, discontinue use and consult a doctor. Keep out of reach of children.
