Thoroughly wash your face. Dry hands, open the packet and peel the strip off from the plastic liner. Thoroughly wet the nose area, then apply the strip with the shiny side facing the skin. Let dry for 10–15 minutes until the strip feels stiff. Slowly and carefully peel off starting at the edges and pulling toward the center. Rinse any residue with water.
