It was perfect, I liked it, I cut it more easily without softening it, but it would have been better if it was cut a little harder.

Hello, I couldn't remove the butterflies, they are breaking, how can I do it?

**** **** - 19 March 2025

Purchased this item

Answer from TELAŞE MEMURU

Hello, how does it break? There is no such thing as a sticker, I will send you wicker, you just cut it and put it on your cake :)

Translated by Google

Hello, can we use honey water instead of food glue to stick it? Should we remove the protective foil on the back without cutting it or after cutting it, which would be more logical to prevent it from breaking?

**** **** - 16 February 2025

Answer from TELAŞE MEMURU

Hello, I remember that I cut the product and sent it. You don't need to do anything, you can just twist it and stick it on the cake, as we said, you can do it with honey water.

Translated by Google

Hello, do we cut the butterflies?

**** **** - 23 December 2024

Answer from TELAŞE MEMURU

Hello yes
