Product Q&As

Is it made of stainless steel? Is it non-stick?

Hello, stainless steel does not hold enamel, so carbon steel sheet is used and it is coated with enamel. Adhesion is low, but they are not completely non-stick products like Teflon.

It should be teflon inside, isn't it? It says enamel, if it is enamel, the rice will burn.

**** **** - 6 May 2026

Answer from PR HOME

Hello, first of all, thank you for your interest in our product. Our Fiorella series product has a double-layer enamel coating produced with advanced technology, unlike classic enamels. The special gray enamel coating used on the inner surface makes the surface much smoother and more durable. Thanks to this technology, heat is distributed evenly across the base, minimizing the risk of burning or sticking, even with delicate dishes like rice. This ensures your meals are cooked to perfection every time. Our product has a completely natural and healthy surface; it does not contain chemicals like Teflon and is quite resistant to high temperatures. You can prepare the most delicious pilafs and karnıyarık with peace of mind. We wish you pleasant shopping and healthy days in advance.
