Product Q&As

Hello, good work. Is the part corresponding to the heel, which is gel, soft or hard?

**** **** - 20 February 2026

Answer from Polomia Comfort

Hello sir, if it is too soft, it will collapse and is not suitable for heel spurs. It is medium hard, sir.

Translated by Google

Will it make noise if I wear it at home? Does it have a hard sole?

**** **** - 7 June 2026

Answer from Polomia Comfort

Since it is poly, it may make noise on the parquet floor. The sole is medium hard.

Translated by Google

Is the sole a problem?

**** **** - 27 December 2025

Answer from Polomia Comfort

Hello, sir. Medium hardness.

Translated by Google

Is there a model of this black sweatshirt with a slightly higher heel? This will be the model.

**** **** - 9 August 2026

Answer from Polomia Comfort

Hello, unfortunately, not.
