Product Q&As
I received my order. I ordered two sets, but two cups arrived broken. How can I be compensated?
Answer from P&ORA Premium Kitchen Products
Dear sir, I think I cannot send you the product again. Let's talk to Trendyol and act accordingly. I am so sorry about the broken one by the way. We pack it as well as we can, but unfortunately it sometimes breaks. It goes a long way. As I said, contact Trendyol and they will tell you how to proceed.
