    Product Q&As

    How should I clean it?

    Answer from Öz Ahşap

Hello, please wash it by hand, sir, because the machine spoils the wood and absorbs detergent into the wood.

    Translated by Google

I put it in carbonated water and black water came out and the polish seemed to be gone. How should I polish it?

    Answer from Öz Ahşap

Hello sir, we oil our walnut tree product with olive oil and send it to you. If the walnut tree is oiled, it loses its appearance on the first day, so you must have applied baking soda, leave the products to dry, wipe them with a cloth after drying, and then apply the oiling process with olive oil, sir, it will remain as it was on the first day.

    Translated by Google

Mine dried out and discolored once they were in the water

    Answer from Öz Ahşap

Hello sir, you should do oil maintenance, once you oil it, it will come to the same consistency as the first time.

    Translated by Google

Hello, are bamboo products more popular or preferred? Which one do you recommend?

    Answer from Öz Ahşap

Both models are very preferred. Walnut wood stands out a little more in terms of visual appearance and natural oil. Bamboo is polished and walnut oil. Sir, the choice is up to you. We produce A quality in both models, sir.

    Translated by Google

Hello, are your products suitable for use in the machine?

    Answer from Öz Ahşap

No wooden spoons can be washed in the machine, sir.

    Translated by Google

Hello, can you send the 24 cm version of the wooden spoon as 27?

    Answer from Öz Ahşap

Of course sir we can send

    Translated by Google

Okay, the set can stay the same. I gave up on the pasta strainer and the rice spoon.

    Answer from Öz Ahşap

    Ok thank you

    Translated by Google

Can't it be done with a machine? Can I wash the water dispenser in my hands myself?

    Answer from Öz Ahşap

No machine, it must be washed by hand, sir.

    Translated by Google

Hello, what is the difference between the eastern walnut and the normal walnut tree? There were people in the comments who doubted that it was a walnut tree because of the white part of the cavity?

    Answer from Öz Ahşap

Hello sir, eastern walnut is a tree that comes from our correct regions. Our products are 100% genuine walnut tree. It is of higher quality than normal walnut tree. For those who doubt, let us say that if the walnut tree is not oiled, its color is white. When oiled, its raw color reveals its own color. For this reason, the products should be oiled once a month after use, sir.

    Translated by Google

Hello, the products went home and I couldn't open them yet. I have a question: Do you think we should use them by oiling them first or wash them directly?

    Answer from Öz Ahşap

Hello sir, first of all, thank you for choosing us. ☺️ We sent the products to you in an oily state, there is no need for you to do so. After use, you can maintain hygiene by oiling the surface of the products with walnut oil or olive oil after 2-3 weeks.
