This has been a great purchase. I carry this bottle with me whenever I go out, especially on weekends. It has significantly helped me cut down on sugary bottled drinks by encouraging me to stay hydrated with water instead.

Unfortunately I didn't receive the Owala, instead I received a small dress!! I tried contacting the customer service for 3-4days with no luck! and tried submitting the claim online but which kept logging me off after receiving a message that (my order cannot be submitted at this time, please try again in a different time)!
