Forgotten and losers from our literature 1 product name: forgotten and losers from our literature 1 publisher: otuken publishing author: taner ay category: literature research stock code: 9786254082184 page number: 352 size: 13.5 cm x 21 cm publication date: november 2021 cover type: cardboard cover paper type: 55 gr holmen language: turkish i have been following the article series in a literature magazine for a long time. "i'm talking about the crowded high street and there, meticulously, earn our history of literature patiently from taner ay's ""reminders"" titled ""forgotten writers""." The history of culture can only deepen, gain meaning, and most importantly, meet social history with “excavators” (for me, “definers”) such as taner ay. Taner ay's writing style doesn't have an academic objectivity or a concern for maintaining distance between the writer and the reader, which makes his articles much more engaging and readable. Of course, many academic articles and theses are written about forgotten writers, but the methodological rules of that statement inevitably leave the reader alone with a rather cold narrative. Of course, it is not a problem for me for professional reasons, but academic texts can be difficult to read for many readers. Taner ay's literary personality, his mastery of the turkish language, and his interest in cinema writing, which he has been passionate about, allow his articles to be read almost like a script. It is an amazing excavation work done by taner ay and as far as i understand, he has no intention of finishing it, he has a constantly increasing list of names in his hand and most importantly, a strong sense of gratitude in his heart... orhan tekelioğlu t24, july 12, 2020
