Instructions for Use/Warnings
Apply the strips to clean, dry tooth surfaces. Peel the whitening strip off its protective backing. Apply the strip for the lower teeth first, followed by the strip for the upper teeth. Gently press down with your fingertips to ensure the strips adhere well to the tooth surfaces. Fold the overhanging part toward the back of your teeth and hold it in place by pressing lightly for 2–3 seconds. Leave the strips on your teeth for at least 30 minutes. After use, remove the strips, rinse your mouth thoroughly with plenty of water, and gently brush your teeth if necessary.
