Product Q&As
I already talked to them before I get in here. They said I can’t return it because I talked to them same day when it was 15th days passed by when I received the item. However, I told them that I purchased this item to give it to my sister as a wedding gift, and she opened it when she gets back from vacation and find out that it wasn’t heating at all. Light is working , plate is rounding however it’s not heating at all even we put it in the maximum level of heating. I want to return this item and get an exchange because it’s really obvious that the item has a problem or manufacturer defect.

Hello. I purchase a microwave from your company, however it wasn’t working at all. I want to return it or bring for me another one so I can use it. Otherwise I wasted money then.
