Before first use, boil new nipples for 3 minutes to sterilize.
To assemble, push the shoulder of the nipple up through the cap ring.
After each use, wash all parts thoroughly in warm, soapy water and rinse well.
For hygiene, replacement is recommended every 3 months.
Dishwasher safe (top rack only).
