To prepare 200 ml serving of feed, put 150 ml of cold water in a glass.

Gradually add 10 leveled scoops (61 g) of Fortini powder while stirring and mix until fully dissolved.

Only use the scoop provided in the packaging.

Use prepared feeds within 2 hours.

Always discard unfinished feeds.

If feeds are prepared in advance, cover and store in a refrigerator for a maximum of 24 hours.

Usage Precautions: Breast milk is best for babies for enteral use only.

Not for parenteral use.

Suitable as a sole source of nutrition for children 1-10 years old.

Use under medical supervision.
