There are feathers coming out of it, I have no doubt about its authenticity. You need to fluff it every day, otherwise it will fade

    Answer from NHR HOME

    Translated by Google

    what is the height

    Answer from NHR HOME

Hello, it has a height of 13-14 cm. As NHR HOME family, we wish you pleasant shopping. ☺️

    Translated by Google

Hello, is it possible to increase the grammage?

    Answer from NHR HOME

Hello, if you want a higher pillow, our 70% and 90% tickle pillows will be ideal for you. As NHR HOME family, we wish you pleasant shopping. ☺️

    Translated by Google

So what are the washing instructions?

Hello, it is written on the label sewn on the edge of the pillow.

    Translated by Google

    What is the outer fabric

    Answer from NHR HOME

Hello, the outer fabric is 100% feather-proof cotton.

    Translated by Google

Hello, will the feathers come out of the pillow and cause stinging on the face? I will use it for my baby.

    Answer from NHR HOME

Hello, the fabrics used in our products are 100% cotton, lint-proof fabric. You won't encounter such problems. As NHR HOME family, we wish you healthy sleep. ☺️

What do you recommend so that it doesn't make noise?

    Answer from NHR HOME

Hi, what kind of sound are you bothered by?

    Translated by Google

Hello, it says in the comments that the product is without a zipper. If we install a zipper, will the product be damaged?

    Answer from NHR HOME

Hello, if the zipper is attached, the shape of the product will be damaged and there will be a possibility of hair growth in the future, sir. You can use the product by burning a zippered mattress protector. Zippered mattress protectors are also sold in our store. As NHR HOME family, we wish you pleasant shopping. ☺️

    Translated by Google

What kind of detergent should we use when washing the pillow in the machine? Is it powder or liquid? Should you use fabric softener or not?

    Answer from NHR HOME

Hello, do not use softener or detergent during washing.

    Translated by Google

I asked to see if the lining of the pillow is lined to be sure.

    Answer from NHR HOME

Hello, it is not zippered, sir. The zipper is one piece as it would interfere with the down loft.

What are the cleaning instructions? Is it just the cover that can be washed or can we wash the entire thing? Will it work the same if you put on a mattress protector cover?

    Answer from NHR HOME

Hello, we recommend a mattress protector for longer-lasting use of the pillow. You can wash it without adding detergent or softener. After washing, it must be dried in the dryer. The filler, goose down, should not be used before it is completely dry.

Is the inner material entirely goose down or a blend?

    Answer from NHR HOME

Hello, there is no mixture, sir. It is produced with completely natural goose down filling.

I like very soft and light pillows. I was surprised when I saw 1.250 grams. Isn't 1.250 grams too much? Do you have a lighter option?

    Answer from NHR HOME

Hello, our pillows with 30%, 70% or 90% tick content will be suitable for you.

Good day, can it be machine washed?

    Answer from NHR HOME

Hello, you can wash it by following the washing instructions, without using detergent and softener. You definitely need to dry it in the dryer after washing.

Hello, do I want my head to be soft or medium hard? I like a slightly firm pillow.

    Answer from NHR HOME

Hello, it is medium hard. As the tick rate increases, the softness increases.

    Translated by Google

Hello, I washed the pillow at 30 degrees by squeezing it very little, I dried it in the dryer on the pillow program in 5 hours, but there was a very bad smell, this smell was not there before washing. I put it in the dryer and in the vent, and I sunbathe it during the day, the smell doesn't go away, is there any solution?

    Answer from NHR HOME

Hello, did you use detergent while washing?

    Translated by Google

    Hello, how is the hardness?

    Answer from NHR HOME

Hello, it is medium hardness level. As NHR HOME family, we wish you pleasant shopping.

Hello, we washed the product according to the instructions, but the product smells, what should we do?

    Answer from NHR HOME

Hello, the goose down filler inside must be completely dried before using the product again.
