When I bought the product, there was only one comment, I saw that the size was suitable and the visual was beautiful, I said what could be the problem; 1- the product is really stylish. The inner size is very nice for a Z-fold. It does not get stuck inside when you put the Z-fold napkin in it. 2- There is a serious problem: every piece of paper pulled is torn due to the burr on the device in its mouth while pulling. Considering that the product is stylish and the price is affordable, in order to avoid the hassle of returning it, I removed the plastic device from its mouth, had it sanded and glued it again with a silicone gun. It's good now. If you don't want to deal with these, don't buy them, otherwise the product is good. I wish the manufacturer had put a napkin inside and tried it.
