Product Q&As
Is the product cast or steel? When I looked at the recipes before, I read that it should never be washed, it sticks when washed. You wrote that it can be washed.
Answer from Narkalıp
Hello, it is not completely cast steel, it is a washable dishwasher. You can heat the oil that can be thrown away and dip the mold into hot oil and heat it and use it. Click on the photo on the page, there is a usage video on the 2nd picture, you can see it.

They say that if the molds do not stay in the oil, they will cause mold and rust. My neighbor said that he stopped it in the oil after doing this. Will this have the same problem?
Answer from Narkalıp
Hello, our molds are stainless steel. It can be put in the dishwasher. It is not used in that way, in oil etc. You don't need to hold it, stir the oil while using it, and the mold is like a crepe dough. When the mold is hot, it takes the material immediately, then leave it in the hot oil with the help of a fork. After making 2 or 3 of them, it comes out very nicely.

Good day, we are from Erzurum and we know these molds very well. My mother uses them a lot, but the ones we have stick after a few uses. Even though we comply with the usage conditions, I am hesitant about whether the same thing will happen with this one too.
Answer from Narkalıp
Hello, our molds are stainless steel. You can also put them in the dishwasher. You only need to heat the iron in hot oil and fry it (in other words) and use it with a dough that has the consistency of crepe dough. You know better how to use it. There is no particular situation you need to do this way.
