Hello, I bought 2 different colors of these boots. I bought it as a tool to give to a child in need on behalf of someone else. I was very happy when the cargo arrived in 1 day. When I opened the package, I saw that one of them was sent by mistake in 1 size larger. I wanted to request a return. I wrote to the relevant store by explaining the situation. As soon as I received my message, he returned to me, store representative H..bey. He expressed his apology very kindly and immediately stated that they would resend the number we wanted, and he told me to give the wrong boot to another needed child without returning it. I can't explain how surprised I was, touched. good thing nice thing! A bell jar is like a huge prayer bell jar, a beauty move. H. I would like to thank Mr. again and again for his kindness and sensitivity. You can do your purchases safely, too. May people always win, have a solid heart and quality. Thanks...
