do you need to use the brightner and salt also?

    Answer from Yeşil Anne

Hello, yes, we recommend you to add salt and Moms Green Herbal Brightener.

    Translated by Google

can we remove the melt film and use it

    Answer from Yeşil Anne

Hello, you can remove the melting film and use it.

    Translated by Google

    Hello, is the packaging plastic?

    Answer from Yeşil Anne

Hello, it is an environmentally friendly melt film.

    Translated by Google

I am satisfied with its dirt removal performance, but my glasses turned incredibly yellow, and after only two uses. My intention was to support the local producer and stay away from chemicals, but frankly, I was a little sad. I wish I had read the comments more carefully. I hope the yellowing will be fixed after cleaning the machine, because 5 boxes of detergent will last me 1 year.

    Answer from Yeşil Anne

Hello Dear Customer, lime and waste accumulated in the machine may occur when using ecological tablets. Therefore, before using Mom's Green Ecological Dishwasher tablet, take a machine cleaner and run your machine empty to clean it. We recommend using Mom's Green vegetable polisher and packaged machine salt to prevent the accumulation of lime in the machine. Best regards

    Translated by Google

hello, I wonder if it doesn't thaw at 30 degrees

    Answer from Yeşil Anne

Hello, dishwashers start at 50 degrees, there is no 30 degree program. It dissolves in around 15 minutes on the economical program.

    Translated by Google

Hello, I chose you to switch to natural products. Your laundry detergent is very nice. I am very pleased. My baby even removes the stain on the laundry. But the tablet find and love detergent made the pots dull. The glasses turned yellow. What should I do? I don't want to use polish to make it look natural.

    Answer from Yeşil Anne

Hello, please add a packet of salt to your machine.

    Translated by Google

The tablets in the last package I bought do not dissolve and leave detergent residues in the glasses.

    Answer from Yeşil Anne

Hello Eco program, we recommend that you use it by adding salt and rinse aid.

    Translated by Google

Does it contain enough clean ingredients to wash babies' dishes? Can it be used on baby dishes?

    Answer from Yeşil Anne

Hello, yes you can use it. It is produced with oxygen and carbonate raw materials.

    Translated by Google

Does it leave a detergent smell on the dishes? I will buy accordingly

    Answer from Yeşil Anne

Dear customer, there is no odor left.

    Translated by Google

"Hello, you wrote in the product features ""put 1 kg of salt into your machine every month""; How should this process be applied?"

    Answer from Yeşil Anne

Dear customer, there is a salt compartment on the base of the machine, you need to add it there. Best regards.

    Translated by Google

When I throw it in full, it seems like there is a little detergent left. Should I use it by cutting it in half?

    Answer from Yeşil Anne

Dear customer, of course you can use it that way if you prefer. However, we recommend using it as 1 tablet.

    Translated by Google

I have been using this product for years, but even though I clean my machine and I bought the rinse aid from this brand, my glasses are getting incredibly yellow. This has been the case since you switched from tablets in bags to dissolving in water.

    Answer from Yeşil Anne

Hello, please add salt to your machine and if the detergent compartment opens, you can drop the tablet on the floor of the machine.

    Translated by Google

I think the melting film on the outer surface of the tablet is made of plastic. For what reason was it added to? I wish it't stick as plastic scraps on our old dishes.

    Answer from Yeşil Anne

Hello, it is a melting environmental film. It is not plastic. It melts completely

    Translated by Google

How often should I use the polisher and salt? What are the usage measurements for both? Under what circumstances should I use these two products?

    Answer from Yeşil Anne

Hello, you can add our polisher to the polisher eye of the machine, and you will renew the light as it burns. If it is salt, you add a packet of machine salt to the salt section and add it when the machine light turns on again.

    Translated by Google

Hello. Good luck, I've been using it for a few months now. The washing process is good, but it causes yellowing on the glasses. I use it with polish. I also use machine salt and clean the machine regularly. Is there a solution?

    Answer from Yeşil Anne

Dear customer, In addition to the applications you make, you can use vinegar.

    Translated by Google

Isn't it harmful to health when that bag is dissolved? I couldn't remove it myself without placing it in the machine.

    Answer from Yeşil Anne

Dear customer, we have adopted a new approach in tablet product packaging and switched to melt-coated tablets. Environmentally friendly melting film dissolves completely. You can put it in the machine without removing the bag.

    Translated by Google

Hello, the bag is very difficult to remove. Do we need to remove it? Do we put it directly into the machine?

    Answer from Yeşil Anne

Dear customer, we have adopted a new approach in tablet product packaging and switched to melt-coated tablets. Environmentally friendly melting film dissolves completely. You can put it in the machine without removing the bag.

    Translated by Google

Hello, do I need to take the tablets out of the bag when putting them into the machine?

    Answer from Yeşil Anne

Hello, you must take it out of the bag and put it into the machine.

    Translated by Google

Is it three in one? So we need to use salt and a polisher in addition?

    Answer from Yeşil Anne

Dear customer, it is not a 3-in-1 product. We recommend using salt and bleach. Best regards.

    Translated by Google

Hello. is it ok to cut the tablet detergent in half and use it
