Lumberjack Albi Wmn 2fx Gray Women's Daily Sabo Slippers

My nurse feet have never been this comfortable 👌🏻

The product I purchased is fine. There is nothing negative I would say about the product. I would like to raise the issue we have with Trendyol and the shipping company. The product number was too small, I made a return request. I found out the shipping branch near me was closed, could not deliver there. I had it delivered to a cargo locker near me. Even though a few days have passed, I have not received any notification about my return cargo, and it was seen in my Trendyol account that I did not return the cargo. I called the Trendyol contact center, but no information was given and no assistance was given. I was told that I had to find the cargo myself, very indifferent and uninformed. I called all the surrounding branches of the cargo company, none of them helped, they said that the relevant branch had ceased its duties, they did not know who was taking care of the area, and they were not authorized to look at the cabinet where the cargo was delivered. I tried to reach the Izmir region directorate by phone, but no one answered the phone. I then personally went to the regional office. Operations area manager. muave. I talked to him, he was very interested. They said they would find out which element took the shipment and let me know. I called after about a month and they informed me that the return code had expired, that I needed to get a new code from Trendyol, and that the shipment would then be returned. Even though I called the railway communication center again and explained the incident in all its details, I received a rejection response with the same indifferent, uninformed and unhelpful attitude. As a result of my insistence, please create a request. Two days later the rejection came. I, as the buyer, was penalized, even though I had no fault, error, delay, etc. on my part. Unfortunately, you have victimized your customer by ignoring the fact that the cargo was lost due to the cargo company's fault and responsibility, and despite delivering the cargo with the return request and code within the time specified in the records, you did not provide any solution. From now on, there is no shopping site called Trendyol for me. I will not buy from Trendyol again.

I bought the product for my mother, she liked it very much, it is very comfortable when getting in and out.
