We recommend that you apply sunscreen after completing your care during the day, we wish you healthy and radiant days! ✨

Hi, yes, you can easily add it to your routines. In skincare, it's recommended to apply products in order of their consistency, starting with the lightest and moving towards the heaviest. In that order: You can apply your serum first and let it absorb into the clean skin, then apply our Anti-Spot Treatment Cream, and lastly your moisturizer/sunscreen. We wish you healthy and beautiful days!

Hello, Yes, our product is completely suitable for daily use. You can safely apply it to your clean skin twice a day, in the morning and evening. It is recommended to apply sunscreen to enhance the effectiveness of stain care during daytime use. We wish you healthy and beautiful days!

Hello, our cream is an anti-stain and skin tone balancing care cream (containing Niacinamide); however, it does not have the ability to instantly lighten sun tan or regional tanning (sunburn) and return to your old skin color. It is more effective for dark spots and tone inequalities caused by the sun. The fading of the tan occurs with the skin's natural renewal process; during this process, we recommend that you regularly use sunscreen to protect your skin. We wish you healthy days!

Hello, thank you for your interest. Since the skin can remain sensitive for some time after laser epilation, it is generally recommended not to use care products with active ingredients in the first days after the procedure. Therefore, we recommend that you consult your expert who performs the procedure before using our product. In addition, after laser hair removal, daily use of high SPF sunscreen is important to prevent spots. We wish you healthy days.

Hello, since the skin surface becomes extra sensitive during laser hair removal sessions, it is recommended to take a break from using active ingredient products such as spot creams on the days of the session. You can stop using it 2-3 days before your laser session and resume using it again 2-3 days after the session when your skin has calmed down. We recommend that you definitely use high protection sunscreen during the day in this process. We wish you healthy days!

Hello, in order to get an effective result and observe the difference in skin tone, we recommend that you use the product regularly (1-2 times a day) for at least 4-6 weeks. We wish you a good day!

Hello, our product does not weigh down the skin and moisturizes without making it oily, as it has a light and water-based texture. Because its structure is extremely light, it does not clog pores, does not trigger comedone formation, and can be safely used on acne-prone skin. We wish you healthy days!

Hello! Our product is suitable for use in areas with Keratosis Pilaris (chicken skin appearance) as it helps to cleanse the skin from dead cells and maintain moisture balance. With regular use, it helps the skin to look smoother and softer. If you have sensitive skin, you can try starting with 1-2 times a week. We wish you healthy days!

Hello, our product has been dermatologically tested and contains 5% Niacinamide, Alpha-Arbutin and Tranexamic Acid; it helps to balance the appearance of uneven tone caused by blemishes and blackheads. We recommend that you test it on a small area on the inside of the arm for the first 3 days on sensitive skin, and initially use it only in the evenings. Using it 2 days a week is also suitable for the skin to get used to; the results will be more noticeable with regular use. Since the azelaic acid product you use is a dermatological product, we recommend that you consult your doctor before using both of them in the same routine (for example, you can use one in the morning and the other in the evening). Be sure to use SPF 50+ sunscreen during the day. We wish you healthy days.

Hello, thank you for your interest. The product is not just a spot treatment applied to blemishes; it's recommended to apply a thin layer to the entire cleansed face. Hello, no, the whiteness and beautiful effect you get by using the cream regularly will not disappear and be wasted all at once when you take a break. All you need to do to prevent your skin from darkening again during the summer when you don't apply cream is to use sunscreen regularly every day. In the fall you can resume your stain cream where you left off. Have fun shopping!

Hello, our product is very effective in equalizing skin tone in sun-induced darkening. ✨ However, in the summer months such as July and August, when the sun's rays are very direct, using a spot cream can make the skin sensitive. Therefore, it is a much better method to take a break from the product in the summer and start again in the fall. If you want to use it during this period, we recommend that you apply the spot cream only in your evening routine and make sure to protect your skin with a high protection sunscreen during the day. Have fun shopping!

Hello, thank you for your interest. 🌸 For the first 7 days, it is recommended to apply a lentil-sized amount (smaller than a chickpea) to cleansed skin in the evening only. Hello, thank you for your interest. In the product description, "Can I use it with my other products?" In response to your question, it is recommended to use retinol in the evening and this cream in the morning; and to apply it 15-20 minutes apart, not at the same time, with AHA/BHA tonics. There is no direct restriction or warning with azelaic acid serum. Therefore, there is no obstacle to using it together with azelaic acid serum 5%, as per the description; however, it is recommended to be careful in the first days against the risk of sensitivity. We wish you pleasant shopping.

The product description states that the Anıl Güler Anti-Stain Brightening Care Cream supports a brighter, more vibrant, and even skin tone, and can also be used to combat dull and tired-looking skin. Although it is not a blemish problem, it can be used to make the skin look more vibrant and bright.

Hello, thank you for your interest. Anıl Güler Anti-Spot Brightening Care Cream has a powerful formula that supports the skin barrier and helps reduce the appearance of spots, thanks to the Niacinamide in its content. Developed to enhance your skin's comfort, this formulation can be used with other active ingredients in your routine (Retinol & AHA/BHA); However, to avoid irritating your skin, we recommend following these steps: - **Evenings When You Use Retinol:** After applying Cerave Retinol Serum and allowing your skin to fully absorb the product, you can confidently apply this cream on top as a moisturizing and anti-blemish treatment step. - **Evenings You Use Glycolic Acid (AHA/BHA):** Since exfoliating acids like 5% Glycolic Acid can increase skin sensitivity, it would be healthier for your skin's tolerance to not use this cream in the same routine on the evenings you apply acid. **Routine Recommendation:** For optimal results and to best observe the product's effect on blemishes, we recommend applying the cream in a thin layer to cleansed skin only in the evening. On the other evenings when you are not using an active acid or retinol, you can include this cream in your routine as your main care cream. > Important Reminder: Since your routine includes potent actives like Retinol and Glycolic Acid, which can make your skin more sensitive to the sun, it's crucial to support your skin with a moisturizer during the day and **always** use a high-SPF sunscreen. > > We wish you pleasant shopping.

Hello Dear Customer, we would like to inform you about the use of our Anıl Güler Anti-Stain Brightening Care Cream around the eyes: Our product is a highly effective anti-stain and brightening cream specially formulated for the face and neck area. The skin around the eyes is much thinner, more delicate, and more permeable compared to other parts of our face. Therefore, we **do not recommend** applying it directly to the immediate eye area, eyelids, or under the eyes. For dark circles and bruises around your eyes, choosing a care cream specifically produced for the delicate texture of this area, which will not cause sensitivity in contact with the inside of the eye, will allow you to achieve a much healthier and more effective result. You can confidently use our cream, leaving it on the outer contours of your eye socket, to ensure a tone-up and brighten look for the rest of your face. We wish you healthy, bright and happy days! ✨ **Luis Bien Support Team**
