Product Q&As
I can't place an order; I get to the final step and that's as far as I go
Answer from LOSELYA
There is a problem with your page, sir.

My chair is 47 centimeters wide, but according to your size chart, the cover width ranges from 38 to 43 centimeters. Will it be too small for my chair?
Answer from LOSELYA
Hello sir, say you bought 1 piece and decide accordingly. The product is lycra.

In the comments, it was written that it attracts feathers, hair, dust, etc. Are these comments also valid for nubuck?
Answer from LOSELYA
Hello sir, we have not had any problems so far.

Will the faux leather chair slip? I'm thinking of buying one to try out and then buying it for your other chairs.
Answer from LOSELYA
Hello sir, it does not slip, it has elastic around it, you can try one.

Hello, I bought a beige color case from you before. I wonder if this is different? I bought silk velvet as the fabric. I would appreciate it if you could enlighten me, this says nutuk velvet.
Answer from LOSELYA
Hello sir, the slightly shiny Nubuck fabric you bought before is matte, not glossy, the velvet fabric quality is the same.

Does this product cause hair growth and lice after long use?
Answer from LOSELYA
Definitely not, Sir.

Hello, I want cream color. You said nubuck for the cat. Is it the same fabric as velvet? I couldn't see the cream color in the image.
Answer from LOSELYA
Hello sir, first of all, thank you for choosing us. Our ecru color is very close to cream color and all of our products are suitable for cat houses. We wish you pleasant shopping.

Hello, is there a seat cover?
