Product Q&As
Hello, is the body part plastic or glass?
Answer from LEPARİS
Hello dear customer, the patterned body part is made of metal material, and the black cover part is made of durable hard plastic material. Thanks to its lid design, you can directly dispose of your cigarette into the product without extinguishing it on the lid. Thanks to the low oxygen level inside, the cigarette will self-extinguish in a short time and there will be no deformation of the lid. Thank you for your interest and we wish you pleasant shopping.

I have a disability; I'm going to put it in the back pocket of my pants. Will it melt from the heat of the cigarette? Please confirm.
Answer from LEPARİS
Hello, valued customer. Our product does not melt. Thanks to its special lid design, the oxygen level inside the chamber decreases, so you can discard your cigarette without extinguishing it—it will go out on its own. Additionally, our product fits in car cup holders. Thank you for your interest, and we hope you enjoy your shopping experience.

Does the lid close by turning or does it close when you press it? For example, if it falls, will the lid open?
Answer from LEPARİS
Hello, the lid is closed by pressing. There is a possibility that the thought can be opened. Our glass ashtrays also have a lid that can be flipped. You can check our store for other ashtray options.

Does the thin slim cigarette fit perfectly into the hollow part of the cap (cigarette slot)?
Answer from LEPARİS
Hello dear customer, the cigarette slots on the lid of the product are designed according to standard cigarette sizes. Slim cigarettes can be used as well. We wish you pleasant shopping.

Is the lid part plastic? Does the inside part melt when you put a cigarette in it?
Answer from LEPARİS
Dear customer, the cover part is made of plastic material and the chamber part is made of metal material. When you drop your cigarette into the ashtray without extinguishing it, the cigarette will go out on its own because the flow of oxygen will be cut off in the metal ashtray. Therefore, we recommend dropping the cigarette directly into the chamber without pressing it against the lid to extinguish it. The interior won't melt, so you can use it with confidence. Thank you for your interest and we wish you pleasant shopping.
