Product Q&As
Hello, how is it used? How many minutes should we wait?

Hello. Does the mask go on the roots too or just the length and ends?
Answer from K-LAND
Hello, you can apply the mask to damp hair, concentrating towards the ends, leave it on for 3-5 minutes, and then rinse. Best regards.

Is it suitable for use instead of conditioner in every shower or should we use it a few times a week?
Answer from K-LAND
Hello, Lador Perfumed Intensive Hair Care Mask is a concentrated care product with intense moisturizing and repairing ingredients. Therefore, instead of a classic conditioner, it is recommended to use a mask 1-2 times a week, depending on the needs of the hair, not necessarily at every shower. Best regards.

Hello, you sent it as a tester, thank you. Is it okay if I use it when my hair is wet, not damp, after the shower?
Answer from K-LAND
Hi, You can apply the mask on damp hair concentrated on the ends, and rinse after 3-5 minutes. Best regards.

Hi, does it matter if hair is wet or dry? Do you need to rinse?
Answer from K-LAND
Hello, masks generally show less effect when applied to dry hair. You can apply the mask to damp hair, concentrating on the ends, and rinse after 3-5 minutes. Best regards.
