On the 13 ml product page, you answered one of the questions saying that you should leave it on your hair for 5 minutes and rinse it, but here it is written to leave it on for 25 or 30 minutes. I wonder which one is correct? It must be written in the product user manual, but I wouldn't want to buy it without being sure, and such contradictions make people hesitate.
Answer from K-LAND
Hello, you can apply the serum to the length and ends of damp hair after mixing it with water in a 1:1 ratio to achieve a mask-like consistency. After leaving the product for 20-30 minutes, it is sufficient to rinse it with water. Best regards.

It says in the description that the hair should be 90% dry, but I am confused about whether we can make the product into a mask and apply it to damp hair after showering. Can you please enlighten me about how to use it?
Answer from K-LAND
Hello, excess water needs to be removed, it does not need to be completely dry, best regards.
