I have received the product in unacceptable condition the shirt is covered with a significant amount of lint. This clearly indicates poor quality control, and I cannot accept the item in this state. I request that you immediately arrange for a replacement with a product of proper quality and organize the return of the defective item at no additional cost to me. Please treat this matter as urgent and confirm the replacement process as soon as possible. Thank you for your prompt attention
