Very poor service from Trendyol and the seller, My water dispenser Hot and Cold both are not working, I raised the complaint three times and no response received from the Seller, and the Trendyol customer service team only apologizing, very bad service from both.

Very bad. After two months, water leaked into the motor from the inside. I think all of this company's products are of poor quality because I bought a blender of the same brand and it broke after a month, even though we used it very little. I do not recommend this company to anyone. I contacted the dealer, but they did not respond. I contacted Trendyol to return or repair it, and after two months, it was a bad experience. Buying from Noon and Amazon is much better for appliances.
