KOSTÜMCE Hooded Velvet Cape Red Adult

quite nice, you can buy with peace of mind

A small cargo arrived and inside was cotton instead of two capes. I went to the courier and told him there was a mistake. They said that they delivered the package and that the problem was in Trendyol, then I contacted Trendyol and they said that the issue would be investigated. A week passed and a return was made today and I was told that they could not help me and that I had to solve the problem with Aras cargo. They said in Aras cargo that there was no cargo that came to my name and that Trendyol should solve it. No one helps to blame each other on both sides. I have never seen such disgrace in my life.
