Hello. No, sir.

Translated by Google

How many hours does the product keep warm and how many hours does it keep cold?

**** **** - 4 January 2026

It should be written in the opening section, but I know it's 8 hours and 12 hours.

Hello, my daughter dropped the lid of the thermos and it broke. Is there a spare part available?

**** **** - 8 September 2025
