Massage every night to the nail root. It is not necessary to remove nail polish. However we recommend to massage this cream once a week on bare nails and to leave in all night. Before applying a base coat and nail polish, remove any traces of grease with nail polish remover. Use as a 4 to 6 weeks cure. In case of very damaged nails, continue application during few months.
