I recently purchased a pair of Kappa slippers from Trendyol, but I am extremely disappointed with the quality. The product is defective, as the upper strap is poorly attached and already falling apart despite being brand new. I have attached images for reference. Considering the price, I expected much better quality, but this item does not meet the expected standards. Therefore, I request a full refund. Please let me know the next steps for processing my refund.
